When a routine police investigation becomes a hostage situation at the One American Center in Downtown Austin, Texas, a woman named Lieutenant Jynetik Lajiko must call upon the skills of an agent known as a Peacemaker. The Peacemaker named D7 arrives on the scene to quell the situation yet as she moves in the chaos only intensifies. D7 must uncover the true nature of the threat and complete her mission but not without the aid of her unknown cohorts, Sakura Grey and Snow Lemming who also appear to have an agenda of their own. D7 must also deal with her elaborate visions along wtih a giant electromagnetic beam fired from space known as the Final Protocol, limiting D7 to a mere 30 minutes in which to accomplish this all.
